Dispatch Locations
UK, Europe & ROW orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
USA orders are dispatched by Amazon Logistics from various warehouses.
Dispatch Times
Same Day Dispatch Cut Off Times (UK Timezone):
- Royal Mail: Order by 4pm, Monday to Friday & 11am Saturday
- DPD: Order by 2pm Monday to Friday
Orders received after the cut-off are dispatched the following business day.

Shipments to areas not on the mainland or to remote areas will take a bit longer:
- Northern Ireland - allow 3-5 Business Days.
- Scottish Highlands - allow 3-5 Business Days.
- Isle of Man - allow 3-5 Business Days.
- Channel Islands - allow 3-6 Business Days. Tracked until handover to local postal services.
**USA Non-Mainland Shipping
It will take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other islands and territories of the USA, and we will tell you how long at Checkout.
Returns
Return any item purchased directly from us within 60 days for a full refund.
The product can be used or unused, so you may as well use it!
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if a product doesn't work for you, don't worry! We will take it back and refund you the product price and shipping.
If your product was part of a discounted bundle we refund the discounted price of each item.
