Does this contain fragrance?
Yes, the Daily Moisturiser is lightly fragranced. Once skin is healed (2 to 3 weeks post-tattoo), fragrance is well tolerated by most people. If your skin is fragrance-sensitive, patch test on a small area first.
How does it work?
Three things at once. First, it hydrates with a lightweight emulsion that absorbs without leaving tattoos looking dull or greasy. Second, it contains UV filters (Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane for UVA, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate for UVB) that give your ink a low daily layer of UV protection. Third, it includes Lactic Acid at a gentle concentration for very mild daily resurfacing, which keeps the optical contrast of the ink sharp. Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil (Sacha Inchi), Palmaria Palmata Extract (red algae) and Bulbine Frutescens Leaf Juice support firmness, antioxidant defence and even skin tone.
Is the SPF enough for sun exposure?
No. The UV filters are designed for incidental, daily exposure (commute, walking around, light outdoor time). For beach days, holidays or anywhere you'd normally apply sunscreen, layer a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or 50 over the top. UV is the single biggest cause of tattoo fading, so don't skip this.
When can I start using it?
Once your tattoo is fully healed: 2 to 3 weeks post-session, after all swelling, redness, itching, flaking and scabbing have subsided. Don't use it on broken or healing skin. Use the Aftercare Cream for that.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a day, ideally after a shower while skin is still slightly damp. Apply across all tattooed areas and the surrounding skin. Even hydration keeps ink contrast sharp.
Can I layer it with the Vibrancy Serum?
Yes. The Daily Moisturiser is your morning base. Layer Vibrancy Serum on top in the AM for extra glow, or save the serum for overnight use.
What size is the bottle and how long does it last?
200ml. Most customers get 8 to 12 weeks of daily use from one bottle, depending on how much tattooed skin they're covering.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed the same day that they are placed, but please allow for weekends/bank holidays as our warehouse will be closed during these periods.
