Does this contain fragrance?
Yes, the Vibrancy Serum is fragranced. Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Coumarin and Geraniol appear on the INCI as fragrance components. It's a maintenance product for healed skin only and well tolerated by most people. Fragrance-sensitive skin should patch test first.
How does it work?
The Vibrancy Serum is built around three actives that target tattoo fade where it actually happens: at the surface and just below.
- Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a stable, water-soluble Vitamin C derivative. It's an antioxidant that helps protect ink pigment from oxidative stress (the molecular damage caused by UV and pollution that dulls colour over time).
- Liftonin Xpert is a patented complex of Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil (Sacha Inchi) and Palmaria Palmata (red algae extract). It improves skin firmness and clarity, which lifts the optical sharpness of the ink underneath.
- Bulbine Frutescens Leaf Juice smooths and hydrates, evening out the skin surface so light reflects more cleanly off the tattoo.
You're not changing the ink. You're improving the skin layer above and around it so the ink reads more vivid.
Will it bring back a faded tattoo?
It can sharpen the appearance of dull or tired tattoos, especially ones that have lost contrast through dehydration or surface dullness.
Most customers see a visible difference after about 14 days of consistent use. What it can't do: reverse serious UV damage or restore ink that has migrated, blown out or been damaged below the dermis. Heavy fade is permanent.
Does it work on old tattoos?
Yes. The serum doesn't care how old the tattoo is, only what condition the skin is in. We've had customers see meaningful improvement on tattoos 5, 10 and 20+ years old.
When and how do I use it?
Apply a thin layer over healed tattoos. The serum is designed primarily as an overnight treatment (slow absorption, no fragrance interference with sleep). You can also layer it on top of the Daily Moisturiser in the morning for extra glow. Use daily for at least 2 weeks to see full effect.
Can I use it on a fresh tattoo?
No. The Vibrancy Serum is for fully healed skin only (2 to 3 weeks post-tattoo, after all scabbing and flaking has finished). It contains fragrance and Vitamin C, both of which can sting compromised skin. Use the Aftercare Cream during healing.
Is it safe to use with retinol or other actives?
Yes. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is the gentlest stable form of Vitamin C and layers fine with retinoids, niacinamide and AHAs. If you're using prescription tretinoin on the same area, space the products out by 30 minutes or alternate AM/PM.
What size is the bottle and how long does it last?
60ml. Used overnight on a medium tattooed area, one bottle lasts most customers 2 to 3 months.
How long does delivery take?
